At Small Pet Select, we know how important it is to keep your furry friends happy and well supplied. That's why we work hard to get your orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible!

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver most UK Mainland orders within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays or particularly busy periods.

Shipping Charges

UK Mainland Delivery

• Orders of £39.99 or more: FREE delivery

• Orders under £39.99: £4.95 delivery charge

Free delivery eligibility is calculated after any discounts have been applied.

Non-Mainland UK Deliveries

Delivery availability and charges may vary for destinations outside the UK Mainland, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Customs duties or additional import charges may apply to certain destinations where relevant.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, on the same working day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will normally be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

Delivery Partners

We primarily use DPD and DHL to deliver our orders throughout the UK.

The courier assigned to your order may vary depending on parcel size, weight and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Instructions & Safe Places

Once tracking information has been provided, you may be able to update your delivery preferences directly with the courier, including requesting delivery to a safe place or nominated neighbour.

Delivery preferences are managed by the courier, and we cannot guarantee that specific instructions will be followed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@smallpetselect.co.uk.

We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched, although changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

If an incorrect address supplied at checkout results in a failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to investigate.

If a parcel is reported as delivered but you haven't received it, we'll work with the courier to establish what has happened and assist with resolving the issue.
