Yes. Rewards points expire 6 months from the date they’re earned. If you believe your points should be reinstated, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to review your account.

Auto-Ship orders already include a built-in discount, so rewards points and promo codes cannot be applied. To use a rewards discount, simply pause or skip your next Auto-Ship delivery and place a one-time order instead!

Generally, only one discount or promo code can be applied to an order. Some products and promotions may also be excluded from additional discounts.
