As news about the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we wanted to let you know that we are continuing business as usual.

OUR WAREHOUSES ARE OPEN - WE ARE AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS AND HAVE NOT BEEN REQUIRED TO CLOSE.

WE HAVE PLENTY OF STOCK.

Due to current events, we won't be able to accept returns after 14 days of purchase as of March 20. Thanks for understanding.

We are following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to help keep our employees safe and healthy. Our warehouse is fully stocked with your small animals’ favorite food, treats, toys and supplies.

Some have asked if the virus can spread on packages and boxes.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low.”

The organization notes that “the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
